Come and join our ballet classes for adults in Droitwich!

 

Whether you're an experienced ballet dancer or a complete beginner you'll be given a warm welcome at our ballet classes for all ages.

Silver Swans ballet classes in Droitwich are specifically designed for over 55s but all ages are welcome to attend. Classes take place on Wednesdays at Droitwich Spa Community Hall.

Ballet classes start with barre work. These exercises are practiced holding onto the ballet barre for support and are great for toning and conditioning. About half the ballet class is barre work.

​

We then move into the centre to practice longer routines which will get you dancing and gliding across the floor!

Ballet classes for adults are a great way to keep active and help to improve coordination, flexibility, posture and balance. They are also a great way to meet new people and boost your mental wellbeing.
